- Employees and service partners must treat each other and customers with fairness and respect.
- Customers and clients are expected to treat Zoorator staff and partners without bias or prejudice.

Any employee, service partner, or customer who experiences or witnesses discrimination should report it through the following channels:

- Suspension or removal from platform access (for partners or customers).
- Legal action, where applicable.
